These Terms govern access to and use of the trendbuzz.to platform operated by TrendBuzz Network B.V.
1. Acceptance
By creating an account or transacting on the platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and the Insertion Order or Master Services Agreement applicable to your seat.
2. Account and seat
You are responsible for safeguarding access credentials and for activity under your seat. Seat-level role-based access control (viewer, trader, admin) is available.
3. Acceptable use
- No misrepresentation of bid requests, supply chains or audience signals.
- No circumvention of brand safety, IVT or MFA filters.
- No upload of creatives that violate IAB specifications or applicable law.
4. Fees and payment
Fees are governed by your active plan, applicable Insertion Order and the disclosed supply-side take rate. Invoices are payable net-30 from the issue date unless otherwise agreed.
5. Service levels
Enterprise SLAs are described in the Master Services Agreement. Scale customers are subject to a 99.95% monthly platform availability target.
6. Intellectual property
Each party retains ownership of its pre-existing intellectual property. TrendBuzz grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the platform during the term.
7. Warranties and liability
The platform is provided "as is". Aggregate liability is limited to fees paid in the preceding twelve months. Neither party is liable for indirect or consequential damages.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate for material breach uncured for thirty days. Self-Serve seats may be deactivated at any time.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Amsterdam.
