Real-Time Bidding (RTB)
What is real-time bidding? +
Real-time bidding is an auction mechanism in which a single ad impression is sold programmatically in the milliseconds between a page or app request and the rendering of the ad slot. Each impression triggers a bid request that includes anonymized signals (geo, device, contextual tags, viewability, frequency). Demand-side platforms respond with bid prices and creatives; the supply-side platform runs a sealed-bid auction and returns the winning ad. TrendBuzz processes more than 14M such auctions per second at peak.
What protocol does TrendBuzz use? +
We support OpenRTB 2.5 and 2.6 with full ADCOM 1.0 object compatibility, including SupplyChain Object (sellers.json), Stored Requests, ad-pod for CTV, and DSA Transparency extensions. Endpoints are available over HTTPS with HTTP/2 multiplexing. A v3 preview endpoint is exposed to integration partners under NDA.
What is your average bidder latency? +
P50 auction latency is 38ms and P99 is 92ms, measured end-to-end at our four core regions (FRA, IAD, SIN, GRU). We enforce a hard 120ms timeout on bidders to keep the impression viable.
Do you run first-price or second-price auctions? +
TrendBuzz runs a first-price sealed auction by default with full bid reduction transparency. Soft floors are disclosed. We do not perform last-look or shading on behalf of the buyer; bid shading is opt-in per seat.
How is bid stream data protected? +
Bid requests are scrubbed of PII before they leave our SSP edge. We are TCF 2.2 + GPP compliant, run on ISO 27001 certified infrastructure, and publish a quarterly transparency report.
Advertisers & Demand
Which formats can I buy? +
Display, native, in-stream video (VAST 4.2), out-stream video, audio (DAAST), and Connected TV (VAST + VMAP ad pods). Rich media units must conform to IAB SafeFrame and pass our MRAID 3.0 validator.
Do you support PMPs and curated marketplaces? +
Yes. We host more than 6,400 active deal IDs across PMP, programmatic guaranteed and curated marketplaces. Curated packages are available across verticals (CPG, fintech, gaming, B2B, travel, lifestyle) and signal types (attention, sustainability, contextual).
What is the minimum spend commitment? +
There is no platform minimum to test on the open exchange. Managed-service engagements start at $25,000 / month. Self-serve seats have no minimum but campaigns must respect format-level floor prices.
Which DSPs are integrated? +
The Trade Desk, DV360, Amazon DSP, Yahoo DSP, MediaMath, Adform, StackAdapt, Beeswax, Basis and 38 additional DSPs through our global SupplyChain Object integration.
How is fraud and brand safety handled? +
Pre-bid filtering via IAS, DoubleVerify and HUMAN; post-bid auditing via MOAT. We block sellers.json mismatches, MFA domains, and CTV apps below a category-specific quality threshold. Brand suitability is configurable per seat.
Publishers & Supply
How do I onboard as a publisher? +
Submit an application from the Publishers page. Our supply quality team reviews traffic sources, ads.txt / app-ads.txt setup, content category and historical viewability within five business days. Approved publishers receive a SupplyChain Object node and a tag wrapper or Prebid adapter.
What integrations are supported? +
Prebid.js & Prebid Server, Google Open Bidding, Amazon TAM, in-app via Prebid Mobile SDK (iOS / Android), and a server-side header bidding wrapper for high-traffic publishers. CTV partners can integrate via SSAI manifest stitching.
When are publishers paid? +
Net-30 from end of month by default. Net-15 is available after two consecutive months above $25,000 in earnings. Wire, ACH and Payoneer are supported.
What is the revenue share? +
A flat 12% take rate on the open exchange, dropping to 9% for curated PMPs that the publisher sources. Managed yield engagements are quoted separately.
Do you support floors and unified pricing? +
Yes. We support static, dynamic and ML-modeled floor prices per ad unit, per device, per geo. Unified pricing rules can be uploaded via CSV or our REST API.
Account & Billing
How do I reset my password? +
Click "Sign in", choose "Forgot password" and enter your account email. A reset link arrives within minutes; if it does not, check your spam folder or open a support ticket.
Which currencies are supported? +
USD, EUR, GBP, and TRY for billing. Internal reporting always renders in USD with EOM ECB conversion.
Can I add multiple users to my seat? +
Yes. Each seat supports unlimited users with three role tiers: viewer, trader and admin. Single Sign-On (SAML 2.0, OIDC) is available on Scale and Enterprise plans.
Where can I download invoices? +
Account → Billing → Invoices. Invoices are issued on the first business day of the month and available in PDF and CSV.
