This Privacy Policy explains how TrendBuzz Network B.V. ("TrendBuzz", "we", "our") collects, uses and shares personal data in the operation of the trendbuzz.to real-time bidding network.

2. Data we process
- Bid request signals: pseudonymous identifiers, coarse geolocation, device class, contextual tags, viewability and consent strings (TCF / GPP).
- Account data: name, work email, company, role, seat configuration, billing entity.
- Operational logs: request timestamps, latency, win notices, IP at the SSP edge (truncated to /24 within 24h).
3. Lawful basis
We rely on (a) legitimate interests for fraud prevention, network security and contract performance; (b) contract for the operation of your seat; and (c) consent as signalled in the TCF / GPP string for ad personalization.
4. Sharing
Bid signals are shared with demand-side platforms participating in the auction strictly to evaluate and respond to that auction. We do not sell personal data.
5. Retention
Bid logs are retained for 90 days. Aggregated reports are retained for 24 months. Account data is retained for the life of the agreement plus seven years for tax compliance.
6. Your rights
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection. Contact [email protected].
7. International transfers
We rely on Standard Contractual Clauses and supplementary measures for transfers outside the EEA. A Transfer Impact Assessment is available on request.
