Half-edit, half-tribute to Le Louxor cinema.
It's famous for being decorated in an Egyptian style, and in 1981 was even declared an "Historical Heritage" site. My guess is that artist Hergé and crew changed the name slightly to avoid any copyright concerns, but that could be wrong.
The various characters come from Hergé's three biggest series: *Tintin* / *Jo, Zette & Jocko* and *Quick & Flupke.*
