Anyone know a legit site to get a NIF for Portugal online?

As per title, I am looking for a legit site that I can get a Portuguese NIF (Tax Identification Number) online.
I have seen [this one](https://notaryonline.pt/), but i don't believe it to be legit, and the [TrustPilot](https://www.trustpilot.com/review/notaryonline.pt) reviews aren't great either.

Does anyone know of any legit ones?
