I believe I have commented about this album in the past, but I have such an earworm for this right now. I stumbled on the music on classical radio and was stunned by how vibrant it was.
Researching to make sure I wasn't about to recommend the music of a human monster, I found that Torke experiences synesthesia and the pieces he has named after colors reflect that. The only criticism I saw was reflected in a LLM summary that suggested that he polarizes listeners by being too progressive. Also, he seems to have taken some flack for attempting to emulate Mozart and Beethoven.
