Is this possible using AI?

I have a jpeg and I want to be able to view the object/subject with in that 2D photo from multiple angles/view points. Is this even something that AI can currently help me with, or not so much?
I'm trying to make a cool cyberpunk image to use on my vinyl protective skin for my Xbox handheld.
