Lumo+ Feature Request: Renaming Chats

Since context window is isolated per chat, makes sense to keep each chat thematically consistent. It would help to be able to give custom titles that mean more to me personally for easy reference or consistency of putting related information in the same chat to help Lumo keep up with relevant details from what was said before.
