How in the hell is everyone in this sub so good at the game?

Like it makes me feel like I suck at the game and that I don't belong, it makes me feel very inferior, I don't know how almost everyone in this sub has beaten an insane or extreme demon while my hardest is fucking deadlocked. How did y'all get so good at the game? And also please don't bully me for being worse at the game than y'all, please.
