The blueprint is in the loot pool for the new "Tactical Strike Group" contracts in Nyx.

Materials:
- Savrilium from Rockbreaker locations in the [Keeger Belt](https://starcitizen.tools/Keeger_Belt).
- Ouratite from Hurston/Aerial/Aberdeen/Yela Belt

Can also be looted from locations with High end loot:
- Hathor (Stanton)
- ASD Lazarus (Pyro)
- ASD Farro Data Centers (Pyro)

Can be bought from other players
- [UEXCorp Marketplace](https://uexcorp.space/marketplace/) is recommended
