I built my own workflow sandbox around Claude Code

I’ve been building a local-first AI development tool called AgentBuddy over the past couple years. The main idea is that most AI tooling today still feels very interface-constrained. You chat with an LLM, maybe attach files, maybe run tools. But there’s still a lot of friction between what users
want
AI systems to do and what the tools actually enable.
I put together a demo showing an example of what you can build with AgentBuddy. Check it out here:

Right now the app ships with a wrapper around Claude Code but the broader focus is around composable flows + steps.
Would genuinely love feedback from people experimenting with similar workflows / agent setups.
