It's great for me
I am not young, still I really see benefits from the choices I have made, I am sure I would not be seeing them otherwise, my family wasn't doing this well as they aged. This is with how I eat and activity I do included. Animal products are not needed with this, but getting the variety from whole foods from plants really is.
