A convincing fake?

My uncle bought this fake omega while in Turkey, it has since been loosing five minutes a day, three indexes have fallen off from the dial.
I personally hate it lol but I'm also the guy who fixes stuff 😬😬

So without context, who would be convinced of its authenticity?
